The Vessel Administrator will handle crew placement, reference checking, verification of licences and documentation. Our administration team will interview and screen each canidate before sending the resume to our clients.
International Yacht Management will also handle all the crew contracts, payroll and tax with holdings, health insurance, crew travel and accomodations. We can also help in securing travel visas as needed for crew and guests.
The training and certification required for the yacht crews are contantly being revised by regulatory bodies. International Yacht Management will provide crew advice on courses and coordinate training for operational certificatesand licences as required.
