The ownership of a luxury yacht is a unique experience and an increasingly complex business.  The objective of International Yacht Management is to handle the technical and administrative operations of the yacht to ensure that the owner investment is efficiently and safely maintained.  Through the help of our shore team your captain will be better able to focus on the daily operations of the vessel.

International Yacht Management works directly with the owner and captain to develop a management strategy that will provide the best service required for that yacht, owner and crew.  We will maintain a close working relationship with the Captain and will be ready and able to assist him/her in every possible way to ensure the yacht's operations run as smoothly as possible.

Each yacht in our care will be assigned a "Yacht Administrator" and a "Technical Manager".   The Yacht Administrator will be responsible for providing financial and crew administrative support.  The Technical Manager will work with the Captain to handle all technical, logistical and opertional support.
